Mark Moriarty Studio is seeking Front of House staff to join our team ahead of our opening this Summer

 

This is not a traditional restaurant role. It’s an opportunity to shape a chef’s table experience, work in high-level events with some of the best names in global hospitality and be part of a forward-thinking culinary studio from day one.

What’s the job?

 

• Working closely with our General Manager to develop your career while delivering warm, intuitive, and personalised hospitality across our private dining and restaurant services

• Managing your section efficiently and confidently.

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events and dining experiences

• Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth communication during service

• Maintain our standards of presentation and attention to detail.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a fine dining establishment

• Someone who want to develop their career and learn

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• A strong interest in food, wine and modern hospitality

• Flexibility to work evenings and event-based schedules

• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
