FRIDAY NIGHTS AT THE STUDIO

On Friday nights we serve our tasting menu for 40 guests across 2 sittings. You can choose where you’d like to sit, depending on the size of your party. The largest group we can accommodate on Friday nights is six, but if you’d like to have dinner on a different night when the entire space can be yours, just get in touch with out reservations team.

 

Choose from:

  • with seats for up to 12 guests on high stools, around our open and buzzy kitchen (max booking six).

  • a table for four in the corner of the Studio. It’s a little more private, with some space to spread out. 

  • a cosy banquette tucked into a corner of the Studio, for a party of three or four.

  • Our first sitting begins at 5.30pm on the button, and should take a little over two hours. We kindly ask that you finish by 8pm. If you’d like, we are more than happy to point you in the direction of the best neighbourhood spots to continue your night.

     

    Our second sitting begins at 8.30pm, again lasting a little over two hours. Don’t worry here either, we won’t be kicking you out!

  • We serve a no-choice, seven-course tasting menu, priced at €150 per person. We keep the cooking simple, showcasing the very best produce we can find.

     

    The drinks list is compact and full of character, and we also offer a Studio Selection option for €120 per person, where we match up the selection each evening to complement the flow of the menu.

  • We release the bookings 6 weeks in advance for the whole month, and operate a wait list for any cancellations. We request a €75 deposit per guest at the time of booking, which we then credit to your bill on the evening. We can’t guarantee your first choice of seating in the Studio but will do our best, where possible.
